It's starting to get colder. You know that the winter is on & with it comes the cold nd flu season. But you dont have to worry, becayse here is a immun? To ward off cold, be pro-active in your health now to build protection within. Drinking Immune builing tea in winter is a perfect idea through-out the season. Ginger is well known for its anti-nausea and ability to help with motion sikness and digestive difficulties. it is one of the most excellent immune boosting action.   Turmeric, on the Other hand, is well-know to have anti-bacterial and anti-viral Properties. It is also used to boost immunity and that is why it is a part of this herbal tea bend. Did you know drinking turmeric tea daily masy well increase your life span.                                                                              INSTRUCTIONS                                                                                                                                         boil water, remove pan from burner add 1 tsp  each of ginger n turmeric powder. stir, cover and let sit for 10-15 mins  add lemon juice.  when tea is ready pour in cup, & enjoy.

Since our childhood we listen from our parents and grandparents, soak almonds at night and have it early morning or take it with you, and we are doing it till date.
